| Oxnard's Channel Islands Harbor's back bay is home to a special community of boat dock homes. Mandalay Bay townhomes (they are actually zero lot line attached homes) line the West side of the Main Channel while Leeward Estates (single family homes) border the East side. Multiple Fingers and inlets allow for many wonderful choices of living of waterfront living.
The Mandalay Bay townhomes feature mostly three and four bedroom homes with the average dock size of 34' although some corner locations might have extra footage. Single level two bedrooms floorplans are also available. Leeward Estates features larger unattached homes. Many are fantastic custom-designswith larger property parcels and larger water footage. Dock space here is varied with some allowing up to 50', again with some corner lot exceptions it might be more. Most of the townhomes were built in the 1970's and today buyers have the choice of finding one that has been totally remodeled or perhaps untouched allowing price variation and unlimited decorating opportunities.
