Susan O’Brien, a native of Southern California, believes that time spent near the water is time well spent. She considers her career as a Realtor in Ventura County, an opportunity to live, work and play in what she calls a dream location. While working hard to find her clients their perfect home is a priority, she doesn’t stop there. As founder of many of Channel Islands Harbor’s annual festivals and boating events including the annual 4th of July Parade and Holiday Home Decorating Contests, she volunteers much of her free time ensuring there’s never a dull moment in the coastal community. Susan also serves on the Board of Directors of the Oxnard & Port Hueneme Boys and Girls Club.
Proud to have completed over 200 sales at the highly successful Channel Islands Waterfront Homes project, she continues to serve clients in and around the Channel Islands beach and marina community and specializes in waterfront properties with a "fondness" for Boat Dock Homes.
Susan says her biggest reward as a Realtor comes from running into clients as they are out enjoying their newly chosen lifestyle. Whether cruising the beaches, or cruising the local islands with her husband and teenage son, Susan is never short on time to introduce a client, new or old, to the many unique home and resort opportunities Ventura County has to offer.
