SURFSIDE III Built in 1977 276 Condominiums and Townhomes. The largest complex at the Beach offers a multitude of recreational facilities. A community pool, sauna and spa is centrally located within the community. Sales in this highly desirable community are somewhat rare.
ANACAPA VIEW Condominiums were built in 1974. The complex features an outdoor swimming pool, spa, barbeques, and clubhouse. Single and two-story floorplans are offered with popular private balconies. Because the complex is located 1/4 block back from the beach, only the buildings atop the bluff offer ocean views, but, because this gem on the goldcoast is "so close but yet so far from the beach" it offers (for now) the best value on the Southern California coast!
